Current Controller
ICD AC Current Controller is a Microcontroller based design which receives 3 Line currents through three external current transformers. These current inputs are isolated with internal CT and given to Microcontroller. The CPU samples input current from which true RMS current is obtained. Also Phase reversal, single phasing and phase unbalancing is also monitored. When the over load occurs after a definite time delay set 1 the relay is deenergized. For other fault a separate time delay 2 is given and on fault after set delay 2 the relay is deenergized. With membrane keypad all settings can be made. Fault status indications are available. Relay acknowledge provision is available to clear the faults. The AC Current Controller is house 96 x 96 ABS plastic case.
