Industrial Battery Chargers
The ICD Battery Charger is designed to supply the required DC voltage and current to the connected load while recharging the battery. It operates in boost charging mode to recharge the battery and then maintains it in float mode. The Battery Charger provides regulated DC output from either a 1-phase or 3-phase AC source with a ±10% variation in input voltage, ensuring reliable performance under various load conditions. Additionally, the charger automatically selects between float and boost mode charging when a discharged battery is connected. The ICD Battery Charger guarantees complete isolation from the power supply through a combination of a transformer and advanced circuit design, complemented by a high-end microcontroller and state-of-the-art control scheme. It is compatible with various types of batteries, including Lead Acid Battery VRLA, Non-VRLA, and Ni-Cd batteries.
Key Features:
- Microcontroller-based design and sophisticated control scheme ensure voltage and current regulation throughout the range
- Input current limit by soft tart when charger is ON. IC filter of adequate rating to limit the required level of ripple
